My name is Debbie Correa, and I am the owner/creator of Shoogie Cookies.

Shoogie is from my nickname for one of my grandchildren.  It started out as sugar, and developed into Shoogie, and so when I was thinking about naming my business, I knew this was it. While all my grandchildren (9 plus 2 greats, along with 7 bonus grandchildren) are sweet as sugar, my youngest became my own “Shoogie” , so I’m here to share it with you!

I have always loved baking — I mean LOVE — and strive to find the most unique and delicious recipes for everything I make.  I make no exception for my cookies, which are my favorite thing to bake. All recipes are tested for optimal taste, and i use quality ingredients to ensure the most delicious cookies.

We are based in Buda, Texas, in Hill Country where the sun is bright, and the Bluebonnets are a welcome 1st sign of spring.
